The congress is open exclusively to members of the SFBBM, however individual membership via the SFBBM website.

Registrations are open until November 30, 2025 (for oral abstract submissions, the registration deadline is October 31, 2025).

Registration Fees

  • Full congress registration: €70 — including catering and access to all scientific sessions.
  • Reduced fee for student/postdoctoral members under 35: €35

The congress is open exclusively to members of the SFBBM, however individual membership (“Personne physique”) via the SFBBM website (https://www.sfbbm.fr) is entirely possible for the following fees:

  • €70 (participant over 34 years old)
  • €35 (participant under 35 years old)
  • €20 (PhD student under 30 years old)
  • €45 (retired member)

If membership is covered by a research institution (via purchase order), it must be registered under the “Personne morale” (legal entity) category, with the following rates:

  • €100 (participant over 34 years old)
  • €60 (participant under 35 years old)
  • €50 (PhD student under 30 years old)

⚠️ Important: For any registration processed via a purchase order at the non-member rate, the document MUST explicitly state:

“Registration of First Name LAST NAME (non-member of SFBBM) with simultaneous membership under the ‘Personne morale’ rate.”

In all payment cases, the participant’s name(s) must be clearly indicated.

Purchase orders, along with the registration summary form (received by email), should be sent to sfbbm@sfbbm.fr

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing, dated and signed, via letter, email, or fax.

  • For cancellations received within 40 days prior to the congress, 50% of the registration fee (paid by cheque, bank transfer, or purchase order) remains due.
  • After this deadline, the full registration fee will be charged.
  • No-shows at the congress do not constitute valid cancellation.
